What: Allows you to send a message to yourself at a predetermined date.
Ease of use: Very simple, requires only an email address and a creative mind.
Writing application:
Ask students to write a story to their future selves. Get them to set the date on which they want their future selves to receive the story, then login to Future Me and set it to be delivered. You can also use emailfuture, which is almost exactly the same product at another website.
It's worth noting, that if students are using an in house email service, then you will want your future date to be set within the period they are at school - perhaps the next term?
